Weddings, baptisms and thanksgivings are an important part of life at All Saints so we’re here to help you make decisions about these key life events and support you as you prepare for them.
We hope you will feel welcome as part of the church family, whether or not you are regular worshippers, and that we can help you better understand the spiritual significance of these happy occasions.
Marriages
In addition to wedding ceremonies, we also offer services for those who would like a service of prayer and dedication – often called a ‘blessing’ – after a civil marriage; or a special service to renew your vows.
For any questions relating to weddings or blessings please contact our Vicar John Kirkland to make an appointment. In this meeting he will answer any questions you have, discuss possible dates and take the necessary details to begin planning your wedding at All Saints.
If you’re getting married here, we’d also like to offer you the chance to attend one of our marriage preparation sessions .
Thanksgivings and Baptisms
If you are considering baptism or thanksgiving for your child our vicar John Kirkland will be happy to come and visit you in order to explain the different services and answer your questions.
